Survey: Using Film in Intercultural Learning

Are you involved in intercultural education (training / coaching / consulting / briefings)? If so, we are interested in your thoughts on using film in your particular learning environment!

We are currently gathering feedback from intercultural trainers and educators worldwide via an online survey (duration: September 2006 till February 2007). This survey consists of seven simple questions concerning your experience of using film in intercultural educational settings (i.e. what are your reasons for (not) using films in intercultural training?).

To participate in this survey, download our survey form (MS Word document, 1 page).

Please save the survey form to your hard drive, complete it on screen and e-mail it to holger.finke@consilia-sc.com.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us!

The findings of this survey will be made available online in April 2007.

For further information on the subject of using film in intercultural learning endeavours, see also the article "Film, Media and Intercultural Learning: An evolving picture" (O'Reilly, C., in SIETAR Journal, 10 / 2006). A full list of references for this article can be downloaded here (PDF-file).
